Charleston Top Producers New Member or Renewal Form

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Eligibility for membership is determined to be a MINIMUM of $50,000.00 GCI or Agent Tenure (10 year active Real Estate license and at least 5 year member of the Charleston Top Producers Club)

2. Member must be a member in good standing of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR).

3. Application verified by signature of Broker-in-Charge.

4. Dues of $100.00 payable to Charleston Top Producers Club and paid to the Treasurer.

5. A current photo emailed to Owen@OwenTyler.com. If photo submitted during prior year, another photo is not needed.

6. New Members are admitted in January and July, dues and qualifying meetings are pro-rated.
